This information is written inside each vehicle, above the driving position. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Vehicles get on and off only at network stopping points.<br \/><\/strong>These stopping points are marked on the ground by stopping posts and, possibly, passenger shelters.<\/p>\n<p>Users can get on and off vehicles through all service doors.<\/p>\n<p>All stops are optional, except the termini.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, users must, while waiting for the vehicle, stand as close as possible to the stop post or under the passenger shelter, and make a distinct hand signal to the driver as he approaches, in order to ask him to mark the &#8216;stop<\/p>\n<p>For vehicles equipped with \u201cstop requested\u201d devices, the descent stop must be requested by means of these devices, in sufficient time for the driver to be able to stop along the sidewalk, without danger and without inconvenience for himself, travelers and third parties.<\/p>\n<p>In the absence of a device, the responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>In coaches, passengers must be seated, their seat belt must be fastened when moving the vehicle and this under their own responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>On buses, passengers can stand, but in this case, they must hold on to the railings and handles to avoid falling in the event of braking or sudden turning.<\/p>\n<p>Generally speaking, travelers must refrain from any action or behavior likely to cause disturbances, incidents and accidents, likely to harm or injure other travelers, network agents, users of the public highway, or themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the prohibitions below are listed, with the corresponding infraction when it is based on a reference text.<\/p>\n<p><a animals, such as dogs, cats, birds, etc., are accepted provided they are transported on their owner&#8217;s lap in suitably closed baskets, or in sufficiently wrapped cages, and not soiled or inconvenience travelers. Animals placed in a basket are accepted free of charge. The carrier of the animal remains fully responsible for it.  <\/p>\n<p>Guide dogs for people with disabilities who accompany the holder of a specific or disability card are accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Dogs outside the basket and dogs weighing 10 kilos or more must be muzzled and kept on a leash during the journey. <\/p>\n<p>The presence of animals on the seats is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>All other categories of animals are strictly prohibited on board vehicles (in particular category 1 dogs such as pit bulls and rottweillers, new pets such as snakes, spiders, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Neither the operator, nor the Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes Region, nor the C.C.V.T. cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an accident caused by an animal. except for skis,<\/li>\n<li>their weight does not exceed 10 kg,<\/li>\n<li>they have no sharp edges likely to injure others,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The driver is in no way responsible for carrying and handling objects or baggage belonging to users.<\/p>\n<h4>Prohibited materials:<\/h4>\n<p>In any event, any object, package or baggage which by its shape, nature, odor, destination or volume may<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>present dangers or harm health,<\/li>\n<li>annoy, frighten, inconvenience travelers,<\/li>\n<li>hinder the emergency evacuation of the vehicle,<\/li>\n<li>harm morals or public order,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>is prohibited on board any vehicle, and network agents are authorized to refuse admission.<\/p>\n<p>The same applies to any object which prevents a user from accessing or occupying a seated place, or which prevents a wheelchair user from accessing or occupying the space reserved for them.<\/p>\n<p>The following are prohibited inside vehicles in all circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>muscle or electric bikes,<\/li>\n<li>prams not occupied by an infant,<\/li>\n<li>supermarket shopping carts,<\/li>\n<li>self-balancing scooters and other equivalent devices,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Exceptions:<\/h4>\n<p>As an exception, bicycles, scooters or folding and folded self-balancing scooters, rollerblades and other wheeled vehicles are admitted provided that they are carried by hand, limited to one (or a pair) per person.<\/p>\n<p>In summer, vehicles are equipped with bicycle racks.<\/p>\n<p>Users only use them under their own responsibility, the driver not being responsible for hooking up, monitoring or unhooking the cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Each traveler is required to constantly monitor the equipment, luggage and bicycle that belongs to them: R\u00e9gie Des Transports de l\u2019Ain cannot be considered responsible in the event of loss or theft.<\/p>\n<p>If a user does not securely hold the luggage that belongs to them in the vehicle and it, by sliding or falling, causes damage or physical harm to others, the user-owner will be considered responsible and will answer, before the judicial authority, for the consequences of its at 75 chemin du Salon des Dames, 74220 La Clusaz.<\/p>\n<p>If the object allows its owner to be identified La R\u00e9gie Des Transports de l\u2019Ain will inform them by telephone and return it to them upon presentation of an identity document in their name (or in the name of one of their legal representatives if they are a minor).<\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9gie Des Transports de l\u2019Ain authority only keeps found objects for one week.
